She had the honor of working on 200+ projects across networks and genres as an actress, singer, dancer and host. In her late teens, she began producing her own content, which blossomed into Simplexity podcast and a growing online community of over 4.5 million.
Behind the scenes, she accumulated a variety of health conditions that affected every area of her life. Her personal healing journey led her to her truest passion, studying the mind-body connection and creating tools alongside experts that help people heal and empower themselves.
